leave me in the mall for a few and i end up wanting to buy stuff.  just like the  other day, i guess when i had an hour to spare waiting for a friend.  it was a long hour for me, i didn't feel like eating, i didn't feel like drinking coffee and i didn't have a book to read.  so i ended up walking around. 

at first, i had my eyes set on buying a new top.  after coming in and out of stores, i decided i don't really need to buy a new top.  and i was wearing my micro-minis-turned-ultra-micro-minis, so that was good too.  then i realized, shoes!  i need shoes... stilettos at that.  no, scratch that.  i don't need them.  i just want them.  i even had the saleslady take a picture of me wearing the one that i decided liked best... after parading in front of the full length mirror for 10 minutes, that is.

but then she told me about the sad news.  that was the last stock they have that was of my size.  the girl who came before me wanted the same size, same style, same color, same everything.  i could have bought the shoes right there and there, but i didn't want to buy anything on impulse.  plus the fact that buying stilettos was never really part of my afternoon plan for that day.

so i handed the shoes back to the saleslady saying that if the shoes were really meant to be worn by me, then it'll still be there when i go back.  coming home though, i can't help but fall in love with how great it felt on my feet.  :)  so will i get to buy it?  i'll have to see tomorrow.
