got this from kat --- who got it from deppa and whose link she saw from nette's. hehehe....
Five Things You May Not Know About My Time in School
* i graduated top of my class in kindergarten and because of that, had to give a speech. the minute i got up the stage, i screamed the words out upon realizing that the mic was off and nobody could hear me. my mom said she remembered me glaring at the teacher when she stopped me, turned the mic on and made me go through my entire speech again.
* whereas other kids would cry and wouldn't want to be left behind, i couldn't wait for my nanny to go away. i'd plead for her to leave about one block from my kindergarden school so i can walk on my own. i was a gutsy four year old and didn't want anybody watching over me.
* r and i used to frequent three food joints all in our four years of college ---- almers, SR and that computer/coffee shop in dapitan. and it's mainly becuase r is so picky when it comes to food.
* i was a cheerleader for 6 years. (go charcats! bwuahahaha) and i up to now can still do a split.
* i'm a math major. sounds geeky? well, i don't look like one. :)
Five Things You May Not Know About My Online Life: * like many others, i have a uniform password for all my email accounts.
* this is my third blog and i'm on my third year of blogging. had an upsaid account, a blogspot and then this.
* i delete people in YM and friendster if i want to avoid them. it's one of the crazy things i do.
* had a webcam before. but seeing how i look like as i am in front of the computer pretty much freaked me so i took it off my system indefinitely.
* during crazy boring nights, i'd go to a chatroom and sing. i wouldn't talk to anybody, i'd just sing.
Five Things You May Not Know About Where I Live: * i live up north --- away from the limelight and all the clubs and the bars. :( needless to say, i live in a sad boring place.
* i loved my sisters' room but i hated the way they had it arranged. so the very night they left the house for good, i moved the furnitures around to my liking and claimed their room as mine-mine-mine
* when i was young, i was never allowed to play outside. i remember looking out of the veranda, watching as kids my age would play on the streets. they'd call out to me, inviting me to play with them but i always had to say no. the kids on my street grew up thinking that i'm a snob because of that.
* i have a hate and hate relationship with one of my neighbor. yes, i did write hate and hate. and it's only because he's got a crush on me for as long as i can remember and he thinks i dig him too. i absolutely hate his guts because of that.
* i have everything that i need in my room --- A/C, tv, sound system, computer, and of course a phone line. the only thing lacking is a small ref. oh, and i love my relatively new bed frame and mattress.
Five Things You May Not Know About My Home Life:
* there's a nine year age gap between me and my second sister, and an 11 year age gap between me and the eldest one. needless to say, i grew up alone with no one to play with. i would pretend to have playmates as i played with my barbie dolls and gi joe's (yes, i had them). looking back now, i'm thankful i didn't grow up with multiple personality disorder.
* i make great pork tocino. well, its only prito but who cares really. my bro-in-law always asks if i was the one who prepared it, and only then will he eat some.
* when my mom calls me by my real name, i'd know immediately that i'm in trouble. if she calls me bebe or bunso, then i know i'm safe. my eldest sister calls me dim and the second one calls me ple. can you guess why?
* i have the best of both worlds. i am my mom's favorite and i'm a daddy's girl. even though my dad's fav is the eldest one, it's been tried and tested that he can never say no to me.
* we are all girls in the family. and since my sister's 6-weeks on her way, we are all hoping for a boy. well, a boy and a girl as having twins runs in our blood.
Five Things You May Not Know that I Desperately Want:
* my independence
* to settle down in new york or to live in monte carlo for a year
* world peace
* tender loving care. (bwuahaha!)
* to hit the scale at 95lbs. i am at 101 on my good days and 102 on bad ones.
Five Embarrassing Fannish Admissions I Have That You May Not Know:
* was a jonathan brandis (my his soul rest in peace) fan. used to hunt for magazines that had pinups of him or even those that just featured something about him. i was a FANatic to the point that i wrote my restless heart --- don't ask what that was all about.
* i watched the little mermaid 5 times and cried 3 out of those 5 times that i did. i remember staring at my legs one time and being thankful that i have them. ariel's my absolute fav disney character.
* my mom used to be friends with dolphy's family. she thought i liked claudine and needless to say got me an autograph. the thing is, i never did like her but i did keep the picture for a few years. up to now, i still wonder why.
* i used to think vin diesel is the hottest guy alive. oh, him and that bench bald guy --- jon something-something.
* there was a time that i had a joshua spafford thing and would watch whatever play he's on. he played prince charming in rep's cinderella. after watching it, i imagined him to be my prince charming and that we were meant to end up together someday somehow. it's embarassing to think about it now.
Five Things You May Not Know About What I Do in a Typical Day:
* the minute i wake up, i'd wonder what day it is --- if it's laundry day, mass day, bonding day with friends or my favorite day of the week.
* i pray to God, thanking Him for the blessings He has given me and would ask Him to watch over my family and the people i care about.
* i spend a 5 minutes in the shower, 10-15 minutes dressing up and fussing over how i look, 15-20 minutes going through my pda and a minimum of 1-2 hours in front of my pc --- checking emails, blogging and some.
* i act as a sponge bob to friends and their issues. that or f and i would discuss what we want to buy if and when we have the moolah to do so and salivate over it on the shops' sites. (special mention si f! lol.)
* i wonder what the rich people are doing when i'm stuck in traffic.
